Core Values
Throughout the course of our business history, we have realized that certain key core values are true for both the customer and employee relationships we build. Silveredge is known as a first-class organization. We believe there are two key factors which form the cornerstone of our success:
- Next to our employees, the only asset we have is our reputation. We simply cannot afford a dissatisfied customer, and we know it.
- Strong relationships are built on success. Together we work with our customers and employees to complete projects successfully because success for our customers build long-range success for Silveredge.
These concepts sound simple, right? But to create these results takes hard work every day and a collective commitment to common goals.
Key Core Values
Trust: Nothing replaces trust in a relationship between people. Nothing. Miscommunication, differences of opinion, and setbacks can all be overcome where there is trust.
Honesty: People respect honesty. Perhaps they don’t see it often enough. We aren’t shy about being honest.
Hard work: Work smart, to be sure. But working hard is often required.
Service: Provide service to customers in the manner in which you would expect it to be provided to you.
Independence: Remain independent. Do not represent 3rd parties to the exclusion of a better solution for the customer.
Technology: Stay on top of technology. Never engage in expensive or unreliable technology trends for the sake of the technology alone.
Benchmark: Become the standard for vendor relationships by which your customers judge all other consulting firms.
Values: Ensure your employees have great technical skills, but value those who support Silveredge core values and lose those who don’t. Value long term employees and avoid subcontractors, where the alignment of values cannot really exist.
