Who We Are

Silveredge is a privately held company based in the Chicago area.  In business since 1987, we are comprised of three shareholders and a management team of experienced professionals.  We are proud of our technical team, which is dedicated to your success and pledged to exceed your expectations.  In an industry where consultants average two years at an employer, half of our employees’ tenure exceeds ten years, with one third having less than five years on staff.  We retain talented people with the right core values and we continue to hire to maintain diversity.  Silveredge is certified as a Woman's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Sue's PictureSue Boers, President and Shareholder

Sue's background is technical but she has been involved in the Sales and Administration of the company since inception.  When Silveredge was founded, the intention was for Sue to be a technical partner of the firm.  She took on the sales and administrative functions, but her accounting and financial background made it natural for her to run the day to day operations of the firm.  She heads the operations of the firm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keith Haas, Director of Technology

Keith is the central point of contact within the company handling technology related issues.  Keith manages multiple large client engagements and manages employees.  Keith's customer engagements are often health care related.  Accordingly, he has deep knowlege in SOX compliance, FDA CFR 21 Part 11 and so on.   Keith holds a degree from IIT, and has a deep understanding of all things technical. 

 

 

 

 

Lou's PictureLou Boers, VP Technical Services

Lou was one of Silveredge's first employees.  He started as a Staff Consultant, became part of the management team, and now functions as the VP of Technical Services.  He is integral to the sales of the company, assisting potential customers in strategies for our services and solutions to business problems.

 

 

 

Janet Haas, Shareholder and Executive VP

Janet was one of the original founders of the firm.  She is currently providing high level services to large clients, specializing in ERP implementations.  Her deep knowledge of business and software systems creates outstanding value in any area of distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse systems.  As a former IT Director in manufacturing environments, she can understand all aspects of business.

 

 

 

Ambrose's PictureAmbrose Marton, Shareholder and Executive VP

Ambrose is one of the founders of the firm.  He is out in the field providing project management and software expertise to our customer base.  He is expert in IBM i applications and SAP.  He is an industrial engineer by training, which provides excellent background for manufacturing applications.
