Project Management

All projects require some level of project management.  For larger projects, such as an ERP implementation, project management requires a specific skill set and an experienced project manager to ensure project success.  In our practice we have developed many individuals with strong project management, organizational and communication skills.  They are able to work with all levels of personnel and are effective at identifying and utilizing the strengths of the team members.
